Charlie Dickson began his career at Belmont Country Club back in 2010 and is one of the Club’s longest-tenured staff members. Charlie started as a Second Assistant and was quickly promoted to First Assistant after two seasons. He has worked his way up the ranks of our Turf Maintenance Team for nearly 15 years. He is a graduate of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at UMASS Amherst with a degree in Turfgrass Management. Charlie brings a strong agronomic background, proven leadership skills, and extensive attention to detail, that will help bring first-class golfing experiences to the membership here at BCC. He resides in Natick with his wife Courtney and their three dogs Skippy, Emmie, and Wellie, which keep him and Courtney very busy. Charlie enjoys traveling with his wife and hitting the slopes whenever he can get away. Belmont is excited to have Charlie as our Golf Course Superintendent as he leads the team into the 2024 golf season.
