Ann Boudrot grew up in the Town of Belmont and swam at the collegiate level for Springfield College before she embarked on a 30-year career in coaching, aquatics, management, and youth engagement. Ann previously held the position of Aquatics Program Manager of the Beede Center in Concord and the Thoreau Club, where she was the Aquatics Director. Ann has served as the Head Coach of the Lexington High School Swim Team (11 years), Lincoln Sudbury High School Swim Team (12 years), and the Minuteman Masters Swim Team (13 years). Ann’s teams won the State Division 1 Championship in 2009 & 2011. When not in the aquatic’s world, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and dogs.
