Currently serving as the General Manager at Scampo Restaurant, Gabriela's journey in the hospitality industry began in 2001 when she arrived in the United States from Brazil. Over the last 23 years, she has steadily climbed the ranks, holding the position of General Manager in some of Boston's top restaurants for the past 8 years. Her dedication to teamwork, hands-on leadership style, and unwavering commitment to hospitality align seamlessly with the principals of Belmont Country Club. Gabriela's success is a product of her educational background, which includes a degree in Arts with Graphic Design and a post-graduate degree in Marketing. What truly distinguishes Gabriela is her relentless dedication to her team and patrons. She has built her reputation on hard work, fostering meaningful connections, and the ability to anticipate needs in all situations. Within the Boston restaurant scene, she is renowned for her strong work ethic, meticulous planning, and her talent for enhancing the guest experience at every opportunity. Beyond her career, Gabriela is deeply passionate about fitness, dedicating six days a week to her workout regimen. Belmont Country Club is eager to welcome Gabriela to the team in early February.
