Will Baron, Director of Facilities, has been with Belmont since 2002. Will is responsible for all aspects of repairs and maintenance in the Clubhouse and all satellite buildings on the property. Also, he is also responsible for Life Safety, Security, Code Compliance, State & Local Inspections, and a wide variety of other essential items.
Will’s background is a diverse combination of Facility Maintenance, Law Enforcement, Loss Prevention, & Corporate Security. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice and has also recently graduated from the Facility Management Program at Boston University. Also, he has completed certificate programs at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Construction Administration, Project
Estimating, and Green Building Systems.
Will’s wife Karen is also a graduate of Boston University and a Major in the United States Army Reserves.
They have four adult children and two grandchildren, and reside in Boxborough.
